In this section I will give you some useful information about the flat and inform you about the house rules

General:
- Address: 1117 Budapest, Temesvár utca 14. floor 1, door 1
- Check-in: from 15:00 o'clock CET (Central European Time)
- Check-out: until 10:00 o'clock CET
- line voltage: 230 V, 50Hz, standard european plug can be used
- tap water: potable (drinkable)
Bedroom:
- the mattress and bed textiles are brand new, please try to keep them as clean as possible
- textile change is provided on a weekly basis for free of charge, if your stay consists of 6 nights or more
- daily cleaning and textile change can be requested for 10.000 HUF / occasion
- you can operate the shutter with the remote controller to get the bedroom darker for a good sleep
- the AC can be operated as your preferences (even for heating or cooling)
Bathroom:
- the usage of the washing machine is free of charge, but please purchase your own detergent and softener of your choice
- please don't start any washing program after 6 PM and before 8 AM all week
- luxury bathroom amenities are provided at the check in. If you would run out of these, let me know to replace them
- 3in1 detergent capsules are provided at your check-in, further ones can be purchased individually
- shoe polish and nailing sets are available in the anteroom
Kitchen:
- all utilities of the kitchen can be used during your stay
- please try to operate the dishwasher with full load only
- dishwasher and coffee capsules are provided at your check-in, further ones can be purchased individually
- smoke alarm is in operation
House rules:
- this flat is provided exclusively to you, no-one else has keys to the flat (except the owners)
- it is prohibited to host additional guests and / or organize events in the flat
- it is prohibited to smoke in the flat! If you wish to smoke, you can do it on the street or on the balcony with closed door
- in case of smoking in the flat, a penalty of 30.000 HUF should be paid
- please keep in mind that this flat is situated in an apartment house, where the neighbours might have different needs and behaviour than you
- please respect the others in the house and don't make unnecesessary noise
- please don't start any washing program after 6 PM and before 8 AM all week
- any damage caused during the stay should be reported to the service provider and the costs of repair should be beared
